Mentor Coaching
When it comes to coaching certification,* mentor coaching is about general coaching skills, going over client recordings, and figuring out what you’re rocking at and where you could use a little polish.
But here’s the thing – Tori thinks that to really level up as a coach, we’ve got to keep growing as a person too. That’s why she mixes mentor coaching with personal coaching. It’s like a two-for-one deal to help her clients crush both their personal and professional goals.
* Tori is a qualified mentor coach for ADDCA, ICF and PAAC.
Tori uses the same pricing for individual mentor coaching as for personal coaching.
If you’re just looking for mentor coaching hours for certification, the packages below might be more your speed.
Keep in mind most certifying organizations want you to spread your mentor coaching hours over at least three months.
One-on-One

This package includes all ten hours of mentor coaching needed for ICF and PAAC.
Groups
Looking for the minimum ten hours of mentor coaching but at a lower price point? Group mentor coaching might be a better fit.
- You will each present a different client recording at three group sessions and be present to observe three different presentations by your peers.
- You will also each meet with Tori one-on-one in between your presentations to the group.
- Groups must have a minimum of three and a maximum of seven members. The more people in the group, the lower the price per person. See the examples below.

Included in All Packages
Every one of our clients is automatically eligible for one free 30-minute coaching session every month…indefinitely. This means that when you finish your current package, you can still book a free 30-minute session with me every month!
We encourage additional collaboration between our sessions! We are available via chat, email, and phone.
We maintain an ever-growing library of tools, handouts, exercises and templates to support our clients in building their self-awareness.
